Every Friday 18:30-19:45
Vinyasa Flow

We begin with a few moments spent focussing and arriving - both mentally and physically - on the mat. Breath awareness is followed by a steady introduction of movement to prepare and limber the whole body for 60 minutes of asana practice working different areas of the body. 

15 minutes of savasana and a short-guided meditation, ensures you leave feeling energised yet serene.

Every Sunday 08:30-09:45
Vinyasa Flow

Starting the day the right way, Sunday’s class kicks off with a mindful awakening ready for a whole body yoga sequence that is steady and strong.

Lots of modifications are offered along the way allowing you to choose what you get out of the class. Breath awareness and a short-guided meditation complete the 75 minute class allowing you to face the day feeling energised and relaxed.

Every Monday 18:30-19:45
Vinyasa Flow

This 75 minute class is a mix of dynamic moves to encourage the coordination of breath to movement as well as longer held static positions to build strength. 

Following the asana practice the body is given time to enter a relaxed state with 15 minutes of savasana and a short-guided meditation.

Upon gaining an understanding of your individual need and focus, a personal program will be prepared specific to you; whether your aim is to improve strength and mobility, to de-stress and tackle anxiety, or improve your existing practice.
